We are looking for an experienced and skilled individual who has the passion, self motivation and enthusiasm to provide full clerical/administrative support in our busy school office.
You will need to be able to work under pressure, multi-task and use your initiative.
You will need to have excellent communication, organisational and customer service skills and be fully proficient in the use of a variety of IT systems including SIMS, MS Office, Excel - shortlisted candidates will, as part of the interview process, have to undertake various tasks.
You will have ideally had experience of working in a school office and able to organise school photographers, after school club activities and school trips/visits transport.
We are a forward-thinking team and require a reliable administrator who can work in a busy school office environment. You will need to be able to form positive relationships with our children, staff, parents, governors, and visitors. You will need to be flexible, with a willingness to respond to priorities and problem solving as required.
