Level 2 salary range: £24,027 to £25,992 pro rata Subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review

Allens Croft Primary School is a diverse, fully inclusive two-form entry school, with three Resource Base classes, set in extensive grounds in the Kings Heath area of Birmingham. We are looking to appoint committed and enthusiastic teaching assistants to join our team, applications are particularly welcomed from those with SEND experience.
We would like to recruit level 2 and 3 Teaching Assistants who:- have experience of working within a primary school setting
- have excellent behaviour management skills
- build positive relationships and are role models for the children they support
- have high expectations of pupils and themselves
- are able to work closely with and value the contribution of parents/carers
- support the aspirational ethos of the school
