The School Teachers' Pay and Conditions Document 2023 was published on 13th October on Gov.uk.
On 13 October 2023 the final version of the School Teachers Pay and Conditions Document (STPCD) 2023 was published and laid in Parliament.
Members have a 21 day ‘praying period’, to respond to the Teachers’ Pay Order, the end on the ‘praying period’ on 3 November marks the end of the formal process.
Following this, Birmingham will produce their model pay policy which will then go through a process of union consultation, following consultation the policy will be published to schools.
