This guide provides details of how to register to use the new HR Services for Schools online service to manage your end-to-end recruitment for job vacancies. The service covers all elements of recruitment from the initial request to place a job vacancy advert, through to the final signing of the contract by the successful candidate.

The new solution implemented by HR Services for Schools provides a number of options for you to manage your online recruitment process. By registering you will be able to:

  • manage job adverts online - place an advert on the HR Services for Schools website, choose a level of service, amend the vacancy closing date or withdraw the vacancy
  • manage your job applications online - if you take the option to manage your job applications for vacancy online then you will be able to use the dedicated HR Services for Schools workflow; this will allow you to manage all vacancies from the point of application through to the appointment of a successful candidate
  • Access recruitment monitoring data - for online applications you will be able to access and view anonymous recruitment monitoring data
